It's ARS/Rotorooter. I've asked them repeatedly to remove me from the list after they quoted me $4500 for a $2500 HVAC replacement. Even telling them I chose another company doesn't stop them.

WCA Subscriber Services. Just call the number; they won't answer. Then listen to the options and there is an option to cancel the phone calls. Otherwise, every time you answer their call they enter you into some BS giveaway or something. They explain it all when you call them.

This number calls here every single day, and have never left a message, but I would like to know who in the world this is, and get them to cease calling my phone number.

This number belongs to St. Francis Hospital's business office. My guess is they have a question about a medical insurance claim, etc...
